Community Dancer Project @First Draft 2026
For ages 10-100
Learn and perform a community dance at
Fee: $95, includes 1 complimentary ticket to the performance

Dancers only need to attend rehearsals in one location:

Rehearsals in Oak Park, led by Winifred Haun
Location: TranscenDance, Oak Park, IL
Friday, February 13 - 6:30pm to 8:00
Friday, February 20 - 6:30pm to 8:00
There is plenty of street parking available near TrancenDance

Rehearsals in Chicago, led by Julia Schaeffer
Location: Dance on Broadway,  3126 N Broadway, Chicago, IL
Wednesday, February 18 - 8:30pm to 9:30
Wednesday, February 25 - 8:00pm to 9:00

Dancers must attend at least one rehearsal.

Final Rehearsal & Performance:
Sunday, March 1 - Call time 1:30pm
Performance: 3:30pm
Location: Visceral Dance Center, 3121 N. Rockwell, Chicago
There is plenty of street parking available near Madison Street Theater.
