Upcoming Audition

We need dancers! Specifically, we’re looking professional dancers age 18 and up, for the January thru June 2021 Contract season. Qualified candidates will possess a strong technical background in ballet, modern and/or contemporary techniques. Dancers should also have professional performing experience, and be available for rehearsals on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 1:00pm, and occasional Fridays.

Dancer’s interested in Auditioning should fill out and submit this form by Friday, December 11.

Our artistic team will review all videos and select approximately 10 dancers for an in-person Audition.

If you are selected for the in person Audition, you will be notified by Friday, December 18. The in-person Audition will be held on Sunday, January 10 from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm, at Visceral Dance Center, 2820 N. Elston Ave.

Rehearsals start on Wednesday, January 14. The Contract includes Company Class, hourly rehearsal & performance pay, and teaching & choreographing opportunities.

Rehearsals are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 1:00pm and, very occasionally, on Fridays.

We are looking for dancers of all gender identities and expressions. Artists of color are encouraged to Audition.
