Beginning Modern Dance with Winifred Haun

This class is for beginning dancers, or for anyone who likes a slower class. It begins with a thorough yoga-like warm up, and progresses to Graham inspired floor work and some stretches. After floorwork, there's traditional plies and tendus, followed by a fun and easy combination. The class works in a variety of settings, including dining rooms, bedrooms, basements, etc.perfect
